This includes both processing and shipping phases, as detailed below.

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)

This phase includes order confirmation, customization (if applicable), quality inspection, and packaging.

Delivery time: 3 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Customs are responsible for local taxes, duties, ands custom charges.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

If an order is delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for the loss of the package.
