1. Return Eligibility
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- must be returned within the 14-day return window.
- Unused and in original condition
- Not altered, resized, or repaired by a third party or showing signs of war damage.
- all tags must be attached
- A clear photo and video are required to confirm the item's condition and eligibility before we approve the return.
- We will be unable to proceed with the return request without the required video and photos.
- Do not send returns without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may be refused or delayed.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
2. How to request a return

Include:
Order number
Reason for return or exchange
Photo/video evidence of the item
We'll review your request and provide the return adress and instructions.
Once shipped, send us the tracking number for visibility.
Note: Your are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.
3. Refunds
- Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Depending on the situation, resolutions may include:
Partial refund
Store credit / gift card
Full refund
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The package is destroyed due to an incorrect or insufficient address or not delivered back to our warehouse.
- The item has been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party or returned in poor condition not present at the time of sale.
- You fail to contact us within the 14-day return period.
A restocking fee of 7USD may apply to returned items, depending on the condition of the product upon inspection.
This fee will be deducted from your refund total.
4. Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the item
- Your order number
Once approved, We will replace or refund your item at no extra cost to you.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
